We’ve made it easy to keep your water filtration system running at its best. Our optional annual filter replacement service takes the guesswork out of system upkeep, ensuring your water stays clean, fresh, and healthy all year round.

You’ll receive a reminder from us about one month before your filters are due for replacement, so we can lock in a time that suits you.
Three Stage Filtration For Better Water Sediment, Carbon, and Customised 3rd Stage
Sediment
Our first stage features a 1-micron antibacterial sediment pre-filter, offering nearly double the filtering capacity of most products on the market.
This filter effectively removes dirt, sand, clay, mud, algae, silt, rust, and small particulates.
You’ll be surprised at the amount of brown and dark brown residue collected after just one year of use—a clear indication of its effectiveness.
Option 1 - GAC & Heavy Metals
Our GAC filter reduces chlorine, heavy metals, and hydrogen sulphide, enhancing water taste and quality for household and commercial use. It effectively removes taste- and odour-producing compounds, VOCs, synthetic organic compounds, and disinfection byproduct precursors, as well as PFAS, chlorine, and fluoride.
This filter is an excellent choice for human consumption.
Carbon Block
This 0.5 Micron Coconut Carbon Block Filter is highly effective at removing odours, chlorine, cysts, heavy metals, and excess sediment, including lead and materials with high turbidity. It also eliminates volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
By significantly enhancing the overall quality of the water, this filter greatly improves its taste. If you notice a better taste, it’s your body communicating that this is much cleaner water.
Option 2 - Anti Scale (4th Option in UF-4X)
Our water treatment media is an economical and reliable solution for preventing limescale in both potable and industrial water applications.
It acts as a sequestering agent, coating minerals that contribute to limescale, making them less sticky and allowing them to remain suspended in the water.
The media is FDA-approved and considered safe for drinking water.
